Account Manager
Client Relationship Building:
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, actively engaging to understand their business goals and uncover new growth opportunities.
Account Planning:
Create and implement strategic account plans that drive value, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client potential.
Customer Retention:
Develop and execute strategies to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction, addressing any concerns quickly to ensure a positive client experience.
Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular client updates and gather feedback to maintain strong relationships. Prepare reports on key performance metrics and account health to keep clients in the loop.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align on client needs, ensuring high-quality service and consistently exceeding expectations.
